The name Kartier comes from an African American origin and means "Gift From God". Kartier was started March 22, 2022.The Kartier line is to encourages believers to use their gifts to serve others and build up the community of faith. It reminds us that no gift is more important than another, and that every person has a role to play in God's plan. By using our gifts for God's purposes, we can bring glory to Him and make a positive impact on the world around us.

RETURN POLICY

Return & Refund Policy

At Kartier Apparel, we take pride in creating high quality garments that are made specifically for each customer. Because all products are produced on demand after an order is placed, we maintain the following Return and Refund Policy.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our production process, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selected at checkout

• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

• Preference for a different fit, color, or style

• Orders placed using an incorrect shipping address

• Normal variations in color or print placement that may occur during production

We strongly encourage customers to review all product descriptions, sizing charts, and measurements before placing an order.

If you are between sizes or prefer a more relaxed or oversized fit, we recommend sizing up.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To submit a claim, please provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and issue

• A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed and approved, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Kartier Apparel is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered after they have been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier to locate your shipment.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders are processed shortly after they are placed. For this reason, we cannot guarantee cancellations, modifications, address changes, or product changes once an order has been submitted.

Please verify all order details before completing your purchase.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By placing an order with Kartier Apparel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return and Refund Policy.

Any payment disputes or chargebacks submitted for reasons that violate this policy may be contested with supporting documentation, including order confirmations, tracking information, fulfillment records, and proof of policy acceptance at checkout.

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. To request a return for such issues:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving the item with your order number and photos showing the damage or defect.
- We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Incorrect Orders
If you received the wrong product due to an error on our end, we will cover the costs of reshipping the correct item. Please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving the incorrect order with details and photos of the product.

Exchanges for Size or Buyer’s Remorse
We do not offer returns or refunds for items ordered in the wrong size or for buyer’s remorse. To avoid this, we recommend carefully reviewing the size charts provided for each product before placing your order.

However, if you’d like to exchange an item for a different size:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
- You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of reshipping the new item.

Return Shipping
For any approved returns (defective, damaged, or incorrect items), we will cover the cost of return shipping. For exchanges or non-defective returns, you will be responsible for return shipping cost

Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or unclaimed delivery, you may request to have it reshipped. You will be responsible for the additional shipping fees.

All items fit true to size. For an oversized look, we recommend choosing one size up.
